We're Altogether Better will scale up and develop our independently proven digital
support and volunteering programmes to increase social action, improve the reach
and scale of support to the most vulnerable, and radically change how people can
volunteer, using unique, innovative and inspirational volunteering opportunities.

We use Cosmo technology to mobilise, augment and revolutionise social
action. It will provide a personalised support network to millions; connecting
those in need, and those that can help, directly with organisations who want
to change the world.

UX Developer

All digital design and development work at We're Altogether Better is completed in-house by the award-winning digital team. We pride ourselves as being pioneers in our field, utilising new technologies and developing innovative design solutions. We develop, design and maintain the web framework which underpins our online service provision. We provide both print and web services to the charity as a whole and all of her flagship programmes. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional UX Developer who is seeking challenges plus the ability to be creative and be passionate about their craft.

Group Finance Director

(£60,000 - £65,000) Ref: WAB005

To help drive the organisation through its next stage of strategic growth and development, we are recruiting a Group Finance Director to join the Senior Management Team. With complete responsibility for the business' finance operation, the successful candidate will have a recognised accountancy qualification and demonstrable senior leadership and change management experience.

Head of FutureYou

(£35,000 - £44,999) Ref: WAB041

We believe that all young people have the right to a quality education, proper training and a decent job. FutureYou is a unique programme that combines youth work, mentoring and counselling to support young people and help get them into education, employment or training. We are recruiting a Head of FutureYou to lead the expansion of the programme, developing new partnerships and increasing the training and support services offered.
